On the 29th floor of the Maastoren in Rotterdam, OTH Architects designed a new reception and meeting center for AKD Lawyers. In the design as many parts of the existing interior as possible were reused. Projects (partner of To Build) has completed the demolition and dismantling work. This concerned all ceilings (existing and new), floor finishes and walls (largely reuse) and the paintwork. The permanent interior was realized by Smeulders Interieurgroep. In addition, we took care of the coordination of the electrical, mechanical and the gas installations.
