Renovation apartement complex

Renovation of this apartment complex must yield a sustainable energy label; an A label. This A label must be met by means of new facades, roof insulation, controlled mechanical ventilation and cavity wall insulation. To Build took care of the facade renovation and complete renovation of all 100 apartments. First, a test house was realized, defining the principles for an efficient implementation of the entire complex. The renovation of the facades involved the dismantling and assembly of sun blinds, windows and frames and the execution of the paintwork. The apartments were completely demolished and then completely renovated and equipped with new kitchen and bathroom.
