Mr. Moos

To Build realized the complete renovation of Mr. Moos; laying the floors, installing various ceilings and walls, carpentry and tiling walls, painting and stucco. The style of Mr. Moos is characterized as classic, but with a twist. The restaurant consists of several spaces that reflect the versatile character of Mr. Moos. All with the classic starting point, but each with a different character.

About Mr. Moos

Mr. Moos is located in the building on the Grote Markt in Breda where Dickens & Jones was previously located. Dickens & Jones has been an institution for 25 years and a well-known name for every person from Breda. In the new concept, Mr. Moos focuses more on the possibility of a drink. The most iconic items from the interior of Dickens & Jones have been brought back into the design. The combination of a French Bistro, a lunch and dinner menu with good old classics and a cozy bar with a specially selected cocktail menu make Mr. Moos accessible to a wide audience.
