The Core

Projects, partner of To Build, has realized the complete renovation of the general areas in this office building. The ground floor has a new entrance with reception, waiting room and toilet group. Also located here is the company restaurant with espresso bar and three meeting rooms that can be used by all tenants. Projects also took care of the purchase of the individual furniture and lighting as well as the custom-made furniture (production by partner Smeulders Interieurgroep).

On the 1st floor, Projects was responsible for the plasterwork and painting of the walls, the laying of the floor, the installation of system ceilings and the installation of a complete sanitary group. The outside area (top of the parking garage) has been completely renewed with new roofing, insulation, planting and terrace parts so that it is now suitable as a roof garden for visitors.

About The Core

The Core business complex is located in a beautiful location in Eindhoven. The striking office property is a stone’s throw from Eindhoven CS and the city center of Eindhoven. The total object has a lettable area of ​​7,704 m² l.f.a. spread over 14 floors. The object was realized in 2000. The tenant left the building, which means that it has now been completely converted into a multi-company building.
