The Muzentoren in The Hague served as an office building and has been transformed into two hotels with a total of more than 300 rooms. The two hotels are operated as Moxy Hotels and Residence Inn hotel (brand names of Marriott International). The building process took into account the BREEAM (Building Research Establishment's Environmental Assessment Method) certification. BREEAM is the world's leading method for assessing the sustainability of projects in the built environment. In line with the 'BREEAM-NL New Construction and Renovation 2014 v2' guideline, the Muzentoren project achieved the 'Very Good' rating.

About Moxy Hotels and Residence Inn (by Marriot)

The Muzentoren is one of the defining buildings of The Hague's skyline and is located in the Resident district in the city center of The Hague. The two hotel formats in the Muzentoren are operated as Moxy the Hague, with 185 hotel rooms and a lounge with 140 seats,

and Residence Inn by Marriott the Hague, with 127 studios and apartments featuring a fully equipped kitchen (suitable for longer stays). The hotels are connected by a shared bar.
