Renovation apartment complex

Renovation of this apartment complex has to result in a sustainable energy label: an A label. Through new facades, roof insulation, controlled mechanical ventilation and cavity wall insulation, this A label has to be achieved. To Build took care of the facade renovation and the complete renovation of all 100 apartments. First a prototype unit was built, which defined the guiding principles for an efficient execution of the entire complex. The renovation of the facades involved the dismantling and installation of sun blinds, windows and frames and the execution of the paintwork. The apartments were completely stripped and then fully finished anew and fitted with a new kitchen and bathroom.
