Restaurant Flore – Hotel De L’Europe

From our role as General Contractor, To Build was responsible for the complete project coordination, execution and realization of the renewed restaurant Flore. Thanks to a strong network of specialized partners and skilled professionals, we managed to deliver this project on schedule, on budget and at top level. In close collaboration with chef Bas van Kranen, we created a unique environment in which the vision of purity, sustainability and local connection is tangible down to every detail of the interior. The complete interior, from the seating and tables to the walls, ceilings, benches and kitchen components, was made by hand by the team at Contrair Interiors in Maastricht. Artisanal custom work, developed with an eye for detail and future-readiness. The design is by Tim Reiters.
