Muzentoren ‘Marriott International’

Muzentoren in The Hague has served as an office building and has been transformed into two hotels with a total of over 300 rooms. The two hotels are operated as Moxy Hotels and Residence Inn hotel (Marriot International Brand names). The BREEAM quality mark (Building Research Establishment’s Environmental Assessment Method) has been taken into account in the construction process. BREEAM is the world’s leading method for assessing the sustainability of projects in the built environment. The Muzentoren project has achieved the ‘Very Good’ level in accordance with the ‘BREEAM-NL New Construction and Renovation 2014 v2’ guideline.

Muzentoren

The Muzentoren is one of the landmark buildings of The Hague’s skyline and is located in the Resident area in the city center of The Hague. The two hotel formulas in the Muzentoren are operated as Moxy the Hague with 185 hotel rooms and a lounge with 140 seats, and Residence Inn by Marriott the Hague with 127 studios and apartments with a fully equipped kitchen (suitable for longer stays). The hotels are connected by a shared bar.
